Post a grand successful career of over 25 years serving in HR/ IR domain, Shrikrishna took the entrepreneurial leap and founded this venture. Firmly established in the core values of integrity, collaboration and responsibility, he believes in excellence. Shrikrishna is presently engaged with HONO as Managing Director and heads Operations in Western India. It has always been the passion of Shrikrishna to develop innovative HR solutions to address the employee expectations as well as to jumpstart organisational effectiveness. His dedication has helped HONO become a leading HR Solutions brand nationally, to many multinationals & leading Indian companies.
Basant is a result driven professional with over 18 years of Solution Delivery Experience. Basant is the CTO for HONO. He is responsible for Product Strategy, Product Delivery, and Product Roadmap with a singular focus on “building HONO as a memorable experience for employees”. Before joining HONO, Basant was co-founder at Datamineria Technologies Pvt.Ltd, focused on Election Analytics in India. He was also co-founder of surveypulse.in, a Customer Engagement Analytics Company. He has delivered multiple projects at Fidelity Business India, Tata Consultancy Services and HeadStrong India. Basant holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from Indian Institute of Technologies (IIT) Kharagpur.
Ibu is acing the Process Excellence in Service Delivery with a customer-centric approach. Continuous innovation in service delivery-setup is his forte. Passionate about managing people and relationships with counselling and mentoring. Proven building fruitful partnerships with hundreds of strategic clients and delivering multi-million bottom line growth as Vice President – HRO Service Delivery. Leading a highly motivated large team in shared Service Center Environment with excellent organisational and leadership abilities. Instrumental in successful implementation of the biggest outsourcing project in India.
G.P. Rao who heads his own consultancy, Good People Relations, focusing on Business Excellence, Capability Development and Blue Collar Synergy. He has had a long Corporate Career in Human Resource Management with SAIL, J.K. Organization, S.K. Birla group and Reliance Industries (in India and Malaysia). He is well recognized in the profession with various awards including Outstanding Contribution Award from National HRD Network, HR Professional of the year Award, HR Leadership Excellence Award at Singapore, Achievers Awards at Colombo and in New Delhi etc. He holds senior position with various professional bodies, NGO's and academic Institutions viz National Secretary, N.H.R.D.N, Past President, Rotary Club, Area Director, Business Network International, Delhi West, Chairman, Academic Senate, S.R.I. S.I.I.M, Adviser, K.IIT University etc. He is highly passionate about helping youth, professional ethics and productive networking.
Rajesh is seasoned and capable Human Resources professional with 23 years of all-round HR experience. His exposure ranges from Organisational development and Special projects to Employment governance in reputed multinationals like Tata Infotech, Dimension Data, Syntel & Capgemini.Engineering and Management educational background equips him for processes as well as people dimension of the business. He has efficiently brought a fresh energy & organisational development perspective to various assignments.
Randeep brings with him more than 16 years of experience across Consulting, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Oil & Gas, EPC and Steel sectors, managing diverse and dynamic functions of People Management, Organization Development, HR re-engineering, HR Technology, and Mergers & Acquisitions. He has been associated with organizations like Macquire IT, PwC, Essar Group, Reliance Industries & Piramal Healthcare during his corporate career.
